AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT INSTITUTE FOR
RESILIENCE AND CLIMATE ADAPTATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a working group to 1
develop a strategic plan for the continued work and funding of the 2
Connecticut Institute for Resilience and Climate Adaptation. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To retain CIRCA as an important resource for municipalities and the
state in addressing the impacts of climate change.
