AN ACT REQUIRING CERTAIN DISCLOSURES OF TARGETED
INTERNET ADVERTISEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require all targeted Internet 1
advertisements disclose: (1) The purchaser of the advertisement; (2) the 2
cost of the advertisement; and (3) the purpose for targeting each 3
individual. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require that targeted Internet advertisements disclose: (1) The
purchaser of the advertisement; (2) the cost of the advertisement; and
(3) the purpose for targeting each individual.
