AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE YMCA OF
MIDDLETOWN TO CONSTRUCT A NEW BUILDING OR ADDITION TO
AN EXISTING BUILDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
____ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Office of Policy 4
and Management for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the 5
YMCA of Middletown to construct a new building, or an addition to the 6
existing YMCA building, in the city of Middletown. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the construction of a new building, or an
addition to an existing building, of the YMCA of Middletown.
