AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE
DEMOLITION OF UNUSED SCHOOL FACILITIES IN GROTON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, the proceeds of which shall be used to provide a grant-3
in-aid to the town of Groton for the demolition of unused school 4
facilities. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To demolish unused school facilities in Groton.
