AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A PARKING GARAGE IN MIDDLETOWN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
____ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Office of Policy 4
and Management for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the city 5
of Middletown for the construction of a parking garage at 60 Dingwall 6
Drive and 222 Main Street in Middletown. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to construct a parking garage at 60 Dingwall Drive
and 222 Main Street in the city of Middletown.
