AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE TO UPDATE POLICE
FACILITIES IN PLYMOUTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
____ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of 4
Administrative Services for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to 5
the town of Plymouth to update and ensure compliance with the State 6
Building Code of police facilities in Plymouth. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize funding to update and ensure compliance with the State
Building Code of police facilities in Plymouth, in order to ensure the
public safety of town residents.
