AN ACT ESTABLISHING A LOAN PROGRAM TO SUPPORT 
CANNABIS-RELATED ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOR JUSTICE -
IMPACTED INDIVIDUALS. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to dedicate revenue generated 1 
from the legalization and taxation of recreational cannabis to the 2 
establishment and funding of a loan program providing capital and 3 
technical assistance to justice-impacted individuals seeking to start a 4 
cannabis-related business. 5 
Statement of Purpose:   
To dedicate revenue generated from the legalization and taxation of 
recreational cannabis to the establishment and funding of a loan 
program providing capital and technical assistance to justice-impacted 
individuals seeking to start a cannabis-related business.
