AN ACT REQUIRING AN ONLINE LISTING OF ALL CYBERATTACKS
OR DATA BREACHES IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Administrative Services to establish on the state's official Internet web 2
site a central location that lists all cyberattacks or data breaches in the 3
state. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a central location that lists all cyberattacks or data breaches
in the state.
