AN ACT PROHIBITING ORGANIZATION EXPENDITURES BY STATE
CENTRAL COMMITTEES AND TOWN COMMITTEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 9-718 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit 1
organization expenditures by state central committees and town 2
committees for the benefit of candidates participating in the Citizens' 3
Election Program. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit organization expenditures by state central committees and
town committees for the benefit of candidates participating in the
Citizens' Election Program.
