Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow cannabidiol products 1
approved by the Federal Drug Administration to be sold on package 2
store permit premises. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow cannabidiol products approved by the Federal Drug
Administration to be sold on package store permit premises.
