AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER 
PROTECTION AND RECIPROCAL LICENSURE AND REGISTRATION. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes and the regulations of Connecticut state 1 
agencies be amended to require the Commissioner of Consumer 2 
Protection to grant a license or registration, without examination, if a 3 
licensing authority of another state grants the same license or 4 
registration without an examination. 5 
Statement of Purpose:   
To require the Commissioner of Consumer Protection to grant a license 
or registration, without examination, if a licensing authority of another 
state grants the same license or registration without an examination.
