AN ACT REDUCING FEES FOR PRIOR HOLDERS OF CLUB AND
NONPROFIT CLUB PERMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 30-22a of the general statutes be amended to set the 1
annual fees for a cafe permit for a prior holder of a club permit issued 2
pursuant to section 30-23 of the general statutes, or a prior holder of a 3
nonprofit club permit issued pursuant to said section 30-23, at eight 4
hundred fifteen dollars. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To establish parity and promote fairness in the fees charged to prior
holders of certain liquor permits.
