AN ACT CONCERNING AWARENESS OF MENTAL HEALTH
RESOURCES AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS AT INSTITUTIONS OF
HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to require each 1
institution of higher education to establish a plan to communicate with 2
enrolled students about mental health resources available at such 3
institution, including, but not limited to, the method and timing of such 4
communications. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require institutions of higher education to make students aware of
mental health resources available to students at such institutions.
