AN ACT AN ACT CONCER NING FUNDING FOR ADV ANCED
MANUFACTURING CERTIF ICATE PROGRAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2021) The sum of ____ dollars is 1
appropriated to the Board of Regents for Higher Education, from the 2
General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, for the regional 3
community-technical colleges to purchase equipment necessary to help 4
students complete advanced manufacturing certificate programs. 5
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 July 1, 2021 New section
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to the Board of Regents for Higher Education to
purchase equipment necessary for students to successfully complete
advanced manufacturing certificate programs.
