AN ACT CONCERNING EQUITABLE PATHWAYS TO HIGH -WAGE,
HIGH-GROWTH INDUSTRIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to equitably expand pathways 1
for underrepresented populations to gain employment in high-wage 2
and high-growth industries in the state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To equitably expand pathways to high-wage and high-growth
industries in the state.
