AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE HISPANIC AND COMMUNITIES OF
COLOR NONPROFIT STABILIZATION AND GROWTH FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to establish a fund 1
dedicated to improving services for Hispanic persons and communities 2
of color by providing assistance to community-based organizations that 3
serve such persons and communities with capacity building, training 4
and technical assistance. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To improve services for Hispanic persons and communities of color by
providing assistance to community-based organizations with capacity
building, training and technical assistance.
