| 28 | 28 | for the purpose of offering and providing health coverage to such 4 | |
| 29 | 29 | medical practices and their employees; and (2) exempt such medical 5 | |
| 30 | 30 | practices from certain provisions of the insurance statutes governing 6 | |
| 31 | 31 | health insurance provided to small employers and their employees. 7 | |
