| 26 | 26 | automatically be assigned legal counsel irrespective of the household 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | income of such person; and (2) no law enforcement agency personnel 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | may meet with a person under eighteen year of age who is charged with 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | a crime unless the assigned legal counsel is present with such person at 6 | |
