AN ACT CONCERNING THE UNLAWFUL DISSEMINATION OF
INTIMATE IMAGES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 53a-189c of the general statutes be amended to elevate 1
the penalty for the dissemination of intimate images in the case of 2
dissemination to multiple persons by certain electronic means. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To elevate the penalty for the dissemination of intimate images in the
case of dissemination to multiple persons by certain electronic means.
