AN ACT ESTABLISHING COMMUNITY -BASED SENTENCING
ALTERNATIVES FOR PRIMARY CARETAKERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish community-based 1
sentencing alternatives for primary caretakers. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To establish community-based sentencing alternatives for primary
caretakers in order to help Connecticut families stay intact and protect
the health and safety of children.
