AN ACT DECRIMINALIZING SEX WORK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 53a of the general statutes be amended to decriminalize 1
actions classified as sex work. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a legal way for sex workers to perform their job safely.
