| 25 | 25 | Court to request a fee waiver of any fees associated with probating a 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | decedent's estate, and (2) such individual may request a hearing on any 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | rejection of a petition for a fee waiver by filing a request for a hearing 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | not later than ten days after the date of receiving such rejection from the 6 | |
