AN ACT CONCERNING POST -TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER
RELATED WORKERS' COMPENSATION BENEFITS FOR
EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIANS AND DEPARTMENT OF
CORRECTIONS EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow emergency medical 1
technicians and Department of Correction employees to receive post-2
traumatic stress related workers' compensation benefits. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow emergency medical technicians and Department of Correction
employees to receive post-traumatic stress related workers'
compensation benefits.
