RESPONDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to classify animal control 1
officers as first responders. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To accurately reflect the duties of animal control officers as first
responders and entitle them to appropriate benefits.
