AN ACT REQUIRING THE OFFICE OF POLICY AND MANAGEMENT
TO CONDUCT A MUNICIPAL DEBT AFFORDABILITY STUDY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Office of Policy 1
and Management to, within available appropriations, conduct a 2
municipal debt affordability study to analyze the impacts of municipal 3
debt and develop recommendations to address these impacts. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Office of Policy and Management to, within available
appropriations, conduct a municipal debt affordability study to analyze
the impacts of municipal debt and develop recommendations to address
these impacts.
