AN ACT AUTHORIZING A MUNICIPAL USER FEE ON INSTITUTIONS
OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 7 of the general statutes be amended to permit a 1
municipality to impose an annual user fee on any public or independent 2
institution of higher education located in such municipality. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit a municipality to impose an annual user fee on any public or
independent institution of higher education located in such
municipality.
