AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL RESTRICTIONS ON PET SHOPS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 22-344b of the general statutes be amended to clarify that 1
a municipality may enact or enforce an ordinance to place obligations 2
or restrictions on pet shops. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To clarify that a municipality may enact or enforce an ordinance to place
obligations or restrictions on pet shops.
