AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL ASSISTANCE TO RESIDENTS OF
CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a task force to 1
determine the ways in which municipalities may assist residents of 2
condominium associations during and after natural disasters. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to determine the ways in which municipalities
may assist residents of condominium associations during and after
natural disasters.
