AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL SEWER ASSESSMENT
APPEALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 7-250 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
municipalities to permit boards of assessment appeals to hear appeals 2
of municipal sewer benefit assessments. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require municipalities to permit boards of assessment appeals to hear
appeals of municipal sewer benefit assessments.
