AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE'S PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY
RESPONSE PLAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to revise the state's public 1
health emergency response plan to include long-term care facilities and 2
community-based services. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To broaden the state's public health emergency response plan.
