Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to require hospitals to provide 1 families of a stillborn infant a minimum of twenty-four hours before 2 making decisions regarding burial or cremation of the infant. 3 Statement of Purpose: To require hospitals to provide families of a stillborn infant at least twenty-four hours before making decisions regarding burial or cremation. .
