AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF FLAVORED TOBACCO
PRODUCTS AND THE SALE OF ALL TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN
PHARMACIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit (1) the sale of 1
flavored tobacco products, and (2) the sale of all tobacco products in 2
pharmacies. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the sale of flavored tobacco products and the sale of all
tobacco products in pharmacies.
