AN ACT CONCERNING THE CERTIFICATION OF DOULAS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
To establish an advisory council to (1) make recommendations to the 1
Department of Public Health concerning the certification of doulas, and 2
(2) establish a deadline for the Commissioner of Public Health to 3
establish a certification process for doulas. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish an advisory council to make recommendations regarding
the certification of doulas.
