AN ACT CONCERNING LICENSURE OR TRAINING TRANSPARENCY
FOR HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that all health care 1
practitioners advertise or communicate their licensure, training or 2
qualifications to patients. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require that all health care professionals advertise or communicate
their licensure, training or qualifications to patients.
