AN ACT REQUIRING FREE FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCTS IN
MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT BATHROOMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require local and regional 1
boards of education to provide free feminine hygiene products in 2
middle and high school student bathrooms. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require local and regional boards of education to provide free
feminine hygiene products in middle and high school student
bathrooms.
