AN ACT REQUIRING THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION
REGARDING THE VACCINE ADVERSE EVENT REPORTING SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Public Health to inform all health care providers employed by the state 2
of the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System and that each health 3
care provider employed by the state provide such information to his or 4
her patients. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Public Health to inform all health care
providers employed by the state of the Vaccine Adverse Event
Reporting System and that each health care provider employed by the
