Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to establish an adverse event 1 reporting system for COVID-19 restrictions or requirements for 2 individuals and businesses, including, but not limited to, masks, 3 shutdowns, vaccines and government enforcement of such restrictions 4 or requirements. 5 Statement of Purpose: To establish an adverse event reporting system for COVID -19 restrictions or requirements for individuals and businesses.
