Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the Department of 1 Public Health, Governor or Lieutenant Governor from requiring the use 2 of any medical product, including, but not limited to, vaccines, 3 pharmaceuticals, medical devices, laboratory tests, thermometers and 4 health monitors. 5 Statement of Purpose: To prohibit the Department of Public Health, Governor or Lieutenant Governor from requiring the use of any medical product.
