AN ACT REMOVING THE INFLUENZA VACCINE REQUIREMENT FOR
ENROLLMENT IN DAYCARE, SCHOOL AND CAMPS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to remove the influenza vaccine 1
requirement for admission to daycare, school and camps. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To remove the influenza vaccine requirement from daycare, school and
camps due to consistently low yearly efficacy data published by the
Centers for Disease Control.
