AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF THE EFFECTS OF INCLUDING
FIRE DISTRICTS IN THE PILOT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Office of Policy and Management be required (1) to study 1
the costs and public safety benefits of including fire districts in the 2
PILOT program under section 12-18b of the general statutes, and (2) to 3
report the results of such study to the Public Safety and Security 4
Committee no later than January 1, 2022. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To study the effects of adding fire districts to the PILOT program.
