AN ACT CONCERNING ICE CREAM TRUCKS AND CHILDREN'S
SAFETY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that ice cream trucks 1
be equipped with safety equipment and to ensure that such trucks are 2
operated in a manner that protects the safety of children. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To review safety guidelines for ice cream trucks to ensure that children
are safe.
