AN ACT CONCERNING THE RESOURCES OF THE SPECIAL
TRANSPORTATION FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 13b-69 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the 1
resources of the Special Transportation Fund to be expended for the 2
payment of state employee pensions and fringe benefits. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the funding available for the direct costs of transportation
infrastructure improvements.
