AN ACT NAMING THE HIGHLAND AVENUE BRIDGE IN WATERBURY
THE "AVENUE OF HEROES BRIDGE".
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
To name the Highland Avenue bridge in the city of Waterbury the 1
"Avenue of Heroes Bridge". 2
Statement of Purpose:
To name the Highland Avenue bridge in Waterbury the "Avenue of
Heroes Bridge" in honor of the veterans who served in the First and
Second World Wars.
