AN ACT CONCERNING PASSENGER RAIL SERVICE ON THE
WATERBURY BRANCH OF THE METRO-NORTH COMMUTER
RAILROAD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 13b-79p of the general statutes be amended to require 1
the Commissioner of Transportation to increase the number and 2
frequency of trains and improve the train stations on the Waterbury 3
branch line of the Metro-North Commuter Railroad. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To expand passenger rail service and improve train stations on the
Waterbury branch of the Metro-North Commuter Railroad.
