AN ACT CONCERNING THE MEDICAL HISTORY OF ORGAN AND
TISSUE DONORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 246 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Motor Vehicles to request that a person who indicates an 2
intent to be an organ and tissue donor complete a personal medical 3
health history. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To request a person who indicates an intent to be an organ and tissue
donor to complete a personal medical health history so family members
are spared from providing such history when grieving.
