AN ACT CONCERNING CARBON ZERO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require state-owned public 1
transportation to be carbon zero on and after January 1, 2031. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To make a green public transportation system in Connecticut.
