AN ACT STUDYING VEGETATION MANAGEMENT BY THE
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the vegetation management 1
program established by the Department of Transportation to maintain 2
an efficient and effective vegetative landscape along the state's 3
highways. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To study the Department of Transportation's vegetation management
program.
