AN ACT ALLOWING MUNICIPALITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE
CHEAPR PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 22a-202 of the general statutes be amended to allow 1
municipalities to be eligible for a rebate under the Connecticut 2
hydrogen and electric automobile purchase rebate program. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to be eligible for a rebate under the Connecticut
hydrogen and electric automobile purchase rebate program.
