AN ACT PERMITTING CERTAIN COMMERCIAL SERVICE BUSES TO
USE THE MERRITT AND WILBUR CROSS PARKWAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (f) of section 13a-26 of the general statutes be 1
amended to permit certain service buses and motor vehicles with a 2
combination registration that are owned by or under contract to a 3
nonprofit organization to travel the Merritt and Wilbur Cross Parkways. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To permit certain commercial service buses to travel the Merritt and
Wilbur Cross Parkways.
