AN ACT STUDYING THE FEASIBILITY OF PROVIDING PASSENGER TRAIN SERVICE FROM DANBURY TO NEW YORK. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the Commissioner of Transportation be required to review the 1 assets and usage of rail in the state and study the feasibility of using 2 existing assets to provide passenger train service from the town of 3 Danbury to New York and submit the results of such review and study 4 to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having 5 cognizance of matters relating to transportation. 6 Statement of Purpose: To study the feasibility of using existing assets to provide passenger train service from Danbury to New York.
